Francisco - Manager

Francisco has lived in this country from childhood when his parents migrated here from Spain. Worked as a waiter in several restaurants and joined Caraffini on day 1 where he soon became No.1.

He has continued in this position assuming more and more responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant staff.

A "natural" with the customers, particularly the ladies, his popularity just grows and grows.

John Patino and Serafino Ramalhoto - Head Chefs

Head Chef John is Colombian and has learned his trade here. Joined our team on day 1 and became chef with Serafino five years later. They both have talent running out of their ears and as far as traditional Italian is concerned there is nothing you could teach them. They can produce innovative dishes and often do.

Their food delights the palates of our customers and may it continue to do so for many years to come.
