Francisco has lived in this country from childhood when his parents migrated here from Spain. He worked as a waiter in several restaurants and joined Caraffini on day 1 where he soon became No.1.

He has continued in this position assuming more and more responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant staff.

A "natural" with the customers, particularly the ladies, his popularity just grows and grows.

Highly talented and experienced, there is nothing you could teach him as far as traditional Italian is concerned. In addition, he regularly produces innovative dishes to delight the palates of our many discerning customers.
